Newsletter: your email address, so we can send you kit launches, market dates and studio news. Legal basis: your consent when you sign up. Unsubscribe any time via the link in every email — we mark your address as unsubscribed and stop emailing you.
Orders: payments are handled entirely by Stripe, who collect your card details, name and shipping address — we never see your card number. We receive your order details so we can pack and post your kit.
Custom kit designs: when you buy a custom cross stitch kit, your pattern image is stored so we can print and pack it.
We don't sell your data, share it for advertising, or send you anything you didn't ask for.
Newsletter and pattern data is stored with Supabase (London, UK region). Payments are processed by Stripe. Emails are sent via Resend. We use Google Analytics to understand site visits.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it — email dan@megasuperartworld.com and we'll sort it within 30 days.
